Bear Handed Fishing

An Unreal Engine 4 VR project made during an Academy of Interactive Entertainment Game Jam over three days.

Made in a team of seven, two Programmers, two Game Designers and 3 Artists. The theme of the jam was 'Elasticity' and we decided to experiment in VR

The game has you playing as a bear with extendable elastic arms, you have 2 minutes to punch as many fish as possible

I worked on the Player Controller and the VR Implementation

We exhibited this game at the AIE Booth at Oz Comic Con alongside other Year 2 Major works and at an AIE Open day

God Of Steam

My AIE Year 2 Major work, God of Steam is a God Game in VR, made in Unreal Engine 4.

Made in a group of 5, composed of 2 Programmers, 1 Game Designer and 2 Artists.

The game was made over 14 development weeks at the Academy of Interactive Entertainment as a year 2 major project.

I worked on the VR Interactive Objects, Building Systems, Resource Systems, and Text Interfaces

Bolter Shooting Range

A Work in progress started in Unreal Engine 4.18

Made during an evening to demonstrate and experiment with an object class for VR interactable Object.

The Bolters and the magazines all use the same object class just with different permutations and extra functions

The art was mostly made with primitive objects and Unreal brush geometry that can be converted to static meshes through the engine.

The ork sprite was sourced off Google Images

Mystic Hamster Battalion

Made in Unity during an AIE Unity only Gamejam, with around 12 hours work time

Mystic Hamster Battalion is a two button game (Left and Right click) in which a Mystic Rabbit must defend his carrots from a batallion of hungry hamsters.

Our team consisted of one Game Designer, two Artists and I was the solo programmer.

The theme was "the more you have the worse it is"

A top down shooter where as you pick up more gold, more and tougher dragons spawn.

Stupor Hero

AIE Year 1 Major project

An Android game made in Unity

Stupor Hero is an infinite platformer, swipe to jump.

I was one of two programmers on this project, I was in charge of the player controller and input, as well as Gamestates,UI Programming and Save/Loading.

Unity Photon Networking VR Prototype

Using Photon Networking plugin I was able to connect two VR clients together and communicate using Photon Voice.
